1. Subject of the Service
These General Conditions apply to all home cooking courses, workshops and training events organized by Cucina Economica di J.Zontini. The service includes guided teaching, the planning of teaching material and, where expressly agreed in the quote, the supply of the necessary ingredients.
2. Food Safety, Allergies and Health (Crucial)
\ *Obligation to Communicate: The Customer has the mandatory obligation to communicate in writing, when booking or signing the contract, any food allergy, intolerance, or allergy to materials (e.g. latex) and detergents, both his own and those of any other participants admitted to the course.
\ *Suitability of Spaces: By taking place the course at the Customer's home, the latter guarantees that the kitchen spaces, equipment and large appliances (oven, refrigerator, stove) made available are in suitable hygienic and sanitary conditions and comply with current safety regulations.
\ *Exclusion of Liability (Indemnity) : The Provider has a regular HACCP certificate. If the Customer declares the absence of allergies or fails to report specific sensitivities, the Provider is relieved of any civil or criminal liability for illnesses, adverse reactions or anaphylactic shocks. The Provider is also not responsible for domestic injuries resulting from the incorrect use of tools owned by the Customer or from structural deficiencies in the home.
3. Booking, Quotes and Conclusion of the Contract
Each course is governed by a specific written quote that details hours, menus and costs.
The contract is considered completed and the date blocked only when one of the following conditions chosen by the customer occurs:
4. Expenditure and Raw Materials Management
Where the expense is included in the quote, the Provider undertakes to purchase fresh and quality raw materials, keeping them in accordance with the law until they arrive at home.
All ingredients, condiments or raw materials purchased for the course that will not be consumed during the lesson will remain the exclusive property of the Customer and left at his home.
5. Amendment, Delay and Withdrawal Policies
\ *Delays: The time agreed in the contract is binding. Any delays caused by the Customer will not result in the cancellation of the course end time, nor will they entitle you to reimbursement for lost teaching hours.
\ *Change of dates (Appropriate Notice) : The Customer may request to move an agreed date without any penalty, provided that the request is made in writing with a minimum notice of48 hours before the appointment.
\ *Last Minute Cancellation and Loss of Deposit: If the cancellation or request for referral occurs**with less than 48 hours notice, or if the Customer fails to show up for the appointment, the Provider will keep the full amount of the Confirmatory Deposit (equal to 50% of the course value) or an equivalent amount in the case of full prepayment, to compensate for the organizational damage and the blocking of the date.
6. Copyrights and Intellectual Property
Any recipes, didactic handouts and processing methods provided during the course are the intellectual property of Cucina Economica. The reproduction, public dissemination or use of texts for commercial or editorial purposes without the written consent of the Provider is prohibited.
7. Competent Court
For any dispute deriving from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions of Sale, the parties recognize that the Court of Pavia has exclusive jurisdiction.
