Practical information
🔸 Chef with HACCP Certification: all lessons are carried out in full compliance with hygiene and health regulations.
🔸 The course takes place exclusively at home.
🔸 In the case of celiac disease, dedicated equipment is needed at home to avoid contamination.
🔸 Within 30 km the trip is included; in addition, a supplement of about 4.50 €/km (valid rate for trips in the Lombardy region). For transfers outside the region, the cost is agreed on a case-by-case basis, not calculated at the same rate per km.
🔸 Digital payment: full or with a 50% deposit
